We want you to love your Lisa Gozlan pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible items. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original, unworn condition with the security tag intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
